These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (“Website”), including ordering and shipping handmade ceramics to customers in the United Kingdom (“you,” “your”). 1. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use our Website.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and up-to-date.

2. Product Ordering & Availability

  • We offer handmade ceramic products, each item unique in shape, colour, and finish.

  • Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and offer a replacement, delay, or refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Product prices and shipping costs are displayed clearly before checkout.

  • All prices are in GBP and include applicable UK VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is processed securely via Squarespace payments. Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the UK. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier services or unforeseeable events may occur.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once the product is handed over to the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving them (“Cooling-Off Period”), per UK consumer protection laws.

  • Products must be returned in original condition. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at studio@blairloveday.co.uk within the return window with your order details.

  • Refunds (excluding return postage) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If items arrive damaged or don't match your order, notify us within 14 days at studio@blairloveday.co.uk including a photo.

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund including return postage.

7. Handmade Variability

  • Each product’s colour, shape, and texture may vary due to their handmade nature. These natural variations do not constitute defects.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by us or licensed to us.

  • You may use our content only for browsing and ordering purposes. Any other use (reproduction, distribution) requires our written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
